These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by Secure Future Academy ("SFA"). Secure Future Academy is an online education provider that offers its courses in an online format. By enrolling in any course with Secure Future Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course at Secure Future Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any other policies referenced herein.

Enrollment

• Enrollment in Secure Future Academy online courses requires completion of registration forms and payment of applicable fees.
• Secure Future Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met or if payment is not received.

Job Assistance

• Secure Future Academy provides job assistance to students upon successful completion of their courses.
• However, job placement is not guaranteed.
• Job assistance may include resume building, interview preparation, and job leads.
• Secure Future Academy is an educational academy and does not offer job guarantees or job orientation.
• If a student takes an online class from Secure Future Academy and is unable to secure a job, Secure Future Academy will not be held responsible, as Secure Future Academy is an educational institution and not a job provider.

No Liability

Secure Future Academy, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives disclaim any liability and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a student arising from the inability to secure employment, whether directly or indirectly related to the services provided by the institute.

Payment

• Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start of classes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Secure Future Academy.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of enrollment or withholding of course certificates, and legal action may be initiated against the student.

No Cancellation

• Once enrolled, cancellation of courses is not permitted.
• Fees paid for courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it constitutes acceptance of this non-refundable policy, regardless of whether the course is commenced or completed. This policy applies to all participants and overrides any verbal agreements or understandings.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct at Secure Future Academy, promoting respectful behavior, academic integrity, and professionalism at all times.
